This monetary gift voucher may not be exchanged for value, cash, applied to any other account or combined with any other promotions, nor may it be replaced if lost, and is non-transferrable nor refundable. This voucher must be spent in one single payment. Gift voucher holders must indicate their intention to use this gift voucher at the time of reservation and must present the gift voucher upon arrival when redeeming the experience, together with a credit card to pay for any additional, incidental charges that may be accrued. Cancellation of a booking may render the voucher null and void. No photocopies of the original gift voucher will be accepted. This gift voucher is only valid for reservations at The Excelsior, Florence and therefore can be redeemed only at this property.
